Overview - Security Roles

The Security Roles feature allows you to grant or deny permissions to users. These include user permissions for Core, Repair Order Management, Labor Management, Parts Management, Production Scheduling, Accounting, Reporting, and Estimating. The employee must be an active user of the system in order to utilize this feature.

Permissions can be granted or denied for departments and individual employees. You can assign a user multiple roles, and modify existing permissions for users as needed.
